== Material Notes ==

As with any crafting skill, alchemy requires materials.  For alchemy, these mats are generally herbs and vials (crystal, imbued, leaded, etc.), but may include primal motes or other random elements.  Generally, alchemists are also herbalists, but there are several Pig & Whistler alchemists for whom this is not the case, so don't assume they'll have the mats you need.

Elixir, Transmute, and Potion Masters have the chance of proccing extras; Transmuters seem to have the lowest proc rate.  Who gets those is between you and the alchemist.

Flask recipes and many transmutes are not trainer recipes; they must be discovered, so not every alchemist necessarily knows every one.  Just remember that this is a work in progress and not necessarily updated every time we make a discovery; it never hurts to ask.

You can drink one each Guardian Elixir and one Battle Elixir at a time, or one Flasks.  The effects of Flasks last through death, but this is not so for anything else.
