Has seen most of the Reality Hacking that's happened over the last few years, and is trying to take a long view of things, including the potential benefits to "future generations".  Made the controversial decision to have the Lexicon include selected techniques, rather than keeping them secret.
:One of the most famous (blatantly fake) names of the movement, the good doctor appeared early on, and is believed to have assisted many people both directly and indirectly--first in starting the fledgling reality hackers, then acting as policeman and/or conscience when it was established, and later dealing with the fallout from the Silver Runaways Incident.  It is believed it was his influence that prevented the authorities' response to the latter from being worse than it was.
:His real identity has so far remained an enigma, despite considerable speculation and official inquiry. At various times he has claimed his first name to be Milo, Johann, Caesar, Augustus, Jupiter, and in one incident Vespasian; these are probably all fake. What is widely believed is that he is an actual doctor; that he is a member of Mensa, and possibly a Freemason; and that he claims to be working toward “a better world in general”. This project is his first appearance in roughly two years and his first definitive admission of Reality Hacking activity, though that was certainly suspected by many.

* '''Professor Moira Tamarat''' -- A social historian of great renown, she shot to fame 20 years ago with her book entitled ''Romans Did It With Pikes'', and has had many published since covering multiple periods of history.  Her specialisation is people and social development.  Her studies tend to look at both individuals and societies, but have been critised by some for over-glamourising certain aspects.  Rival historian, Boris Baxter, once said that her books read more like a soap opera than any serious work of research.  Nonetheless, they seem to sell well.  Recently, her attention has turned to more modern matters and her latest book was entitled ''Silver Runaways - The People Process''.  As such, she has chosen to participate in this new Lexicon project.  Some say she may have ulterior motives though.  Rumour is that she is heavily in debt to the Mob right now.

* '''Doctor Zephyr Snowchilde''' -- An academic eccentric whose works for many years were published only in the most obscure and arcane journals, due to a wide-ranging blacklist in the quote-unquote mainstream publications maintained by lesser talents our of sheer jealousy and spite, as he will tell (and in fact cannot be deterred from telling) you himself.  After the Silver Runways Incident, other people are beginning to realize just how right he was all along...

* '''Quentin Jerusalem''' -- This science fiction novelist/gung-ho essayist/sarcastic commentarist/armchair historian always had a unique view of the events surrounding the reality hacking movement. The origin of this keen insight on such a tumultuous issue was revealed in his seminal and autobiographical work ''F<sup>4</sup>: Fast Fiona Forward Furtado'', where he reveals that his mother was Fiona Furtado, reality hacker ''par excellence'' and a key individual in the Silver Runaways Incident. Some believe QJ is a hacker himself, but he denies this vehemently. However, careful analysis of his work will reveal what seems to be snippets of hacks scattered throughout his books, like the ''killjay'' of his pseudonym, a known algorithm start for a dream structurer process. It is possible to find in the internet multiple versions of ''The Unofficial QJ's Guide to Reality Hacking'', a fan work created by splicing together all of Jerusalem's works that supposedly contain the hack fragments.
