* Born to one of the richest lines of House Ragara, Vero's never wanted for anything in her entire life.  Opulence only begins to describe her life back home, and she came to the House of Bells with a dazzling array of fashions that sadly she can't wear very often thanks to the training.  Smarter than she appears, just possessed of a very short attention span for things that don't interest her and an incomprehension that money can't solve everything.
