Oops, I need to add in the coins you're carrying. 24+510=534. Still same move rate. At 600 cn weight carried you slow down to 60'/20'/60'. You'd have to pare back to 400 cn weight or less to regain the 120'/40'/120' move rate, which is the fastest rate available to characters. At 801-1600 cn weight one moves at 30'/10'/30'.
