'''Rockets & Rapiers''' is my personal BASH! SF campaign.  It is a Pulp inspired science fantasy-- where psionics basically replicate magic spells, and technology basically replicates magic artifacts.

The backstory of the campaign is that it is set across 3 star systems, each with several inhabited planets.  Once, these worlds, and many others, were ruled by the powerful Kursian Republic, essentially the setting's equivilent of Atlantus-- a long lost civilization with advancements far beyond those of contemporary people.  The Technology level is typical of pulp science fiction-- rocket ships, big cheezy robots, and art deco ray-guns.

At the center of the three star systems is a black hole-- called "the Great Void".  The three star systems basically orbit it.  It also creates a "current" in space called the "void tide" which slows down rocketships trying to fly against it.
