Editing STA:Reac Crew Syrok

Reac was Commander Syrok's idea, pitched when he was still a cadet. Through his years in Starfleet Reac has gone from an entirely panned idea to almost worth trying. After the incident at Wolf 359 and issues in the badlands then Captain Syrok was allowed to go ahead with his plan and he has spent the past 3 odd years combing through the academy to choose his Cadets for their training and internship. Having chosen his team and accepted a demotion as to not step on any Captain's toes aboard their vessel he awaits the arrival of his team.
