The Jikein are roughly human in appearance and it has been speculated that they may be distant relatives to the Naren. Culturally however they bear almost no similarities. The Jikein follow the strict teaching of a messiah they call Feigh and resist almost all leisure activities. Their technology level can best be described as pre industrialized but they have none the less created powerful space craft. The Jikein are well known for both their fierce defense of their faith and of their allies and are often employed off world as guardians, though they are rarely seen where the rule of law is infringed.
The Jikein do not use firearms but are able to call mostly unexplained phenomenon by mental will alone. Their armor resembles ancient plate mail but is generally constructed of advanced alloys allowing their soldiers to wade into chivalrous close combat.
