Editing Scumble

The Scumble were one of the original founding intergalactic space civilizations and like any band were given a designation for their own differentiating characteristics. Not being warriors or scientists nor pacifists or primitives, they had the somewhat unfortunate "privilege" of becoming known for their mercantile nature and shared cultural identity (their religion is basically just a hereditary set of traditions at this point). People distrust them for their variable natures, never knowing if they're going to fight, behave rationally, or fall back on some passed down supersticion. This means they stick together all the more, helping each other to trick some other guy out of his money.
