Background:
Craig Phipps grew up on the low side of the city, raised by his father who was always sick and tired from working. His mother was a faint memory (that might have only been imagination) that Craig's father never spoke of. Craig saw his father work himself to death, and he said that was not his path. Craig snuck and stole, using his small size to get in and out of places that held valuable things.
