Young Sunari are considered mature at 12 years, and will be as healthy and youthfull looking till perhaps their 180's, where 'aging' becomes more noticeable. Sunari may very well live indefinately, barring injury or fatal illness, so long as they have magic to sustain them.

| − | Sunari possess two primary means of defense. Firstly, their feet possess razor sharp, retractable claws like felines. The fingertips also end in avian-like talons, which are normally blunt-tipped, but through natural magic can extend to almost two inches and gain a lethally sharp edge and hook-like shape to them. A Sunari’s beak can also be ‘molded’ in a similar fashion so that the edges become deadly sharp. Finally, all Sunari possess at least some magical talent, and can call upon this magic to defend themselves in a wide array of methods and manners.

In a ritual that occurs at adolescence, the Mageborn are magically bonded with a Magi Stone. Within this stone is fused the essence of a Sunari Esper, the spirits of the Elders who sacrificed their physical bodies to transport the Sunari to their new home.
