== Setting ==

On October 22, 1989, about 20 years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Heaven's Gate devoured the Zhe Jiang state of People's Republic of China, forced China into military lock down. 

No one knows what caused this world-shaking Event. What people do know is that the Event wrecked havoc in the reality and weakened the laws of physics, as much as they hate to admit it. 

The world whispered of the Fallens, people born after the Event, possessing extraordinary abilities at the cost of a part of their humanity.

Terrorist and criminals started to utilize strange devices and equipment that render traditional police work pointless.

Planetary Force. a massive cooperation specializes in dealing with Fringe events, quickly extended their influence over the entire globe.

In the face of this, a special Division is created in Tokyo, Japan, where the Fringe events occur most often. 

This Division, consists of heroic Fallens, is the world's last defense against the unfathomable and unexplained.

It's a strange new world. Let's keep it that way.
