Somehow Sidewise LLC has a portal that does just that, and a way to find alternate Earths. They’re using this technology to secretly help out other Earths and their own. And make a reasonable profit where they can.

The founders of Sidewise believe this would be bad, as people less scrupulous than them would use the technology for evil. Keeping this in mind they opererate under the following rules:
