This condemned beach pier is set for reconstruction just as soon as the plans are approved and moved through city hall, where they've been locked up in minutiae for more than a year. The South Beach Wyldfae are happy with it being that way. Since the pier closed down the place has become a stomping ground for Wyld and Summer-based fae with Wyldfae being the most prominent. It has become a retreat of sorts. The far here come out at night and enjoy the sub-tropical weather. They are likely to see anything that happens on the south end of the South Beach, but getting it out of the fae here comes with the usual fae requirements, bribes and favors.<br>
