So you've got a human interstellar empire led by the descendants of the Indo-Chinese, alien republics, splinter human groups, terrifying entities from beyond our dimension awoken by the new power source fueling everything that actually sucks energy from this alternate dimension.

What this book is really about is I had the idea that there are people in jade Terminator armor who do kung fu against Galactus.
