===Personality===

Tamaki (Tama-chan or Tamatama to her many siblings) is a somewhat flighty and cheerful schoolgirl. As the youngest (and only) daughter of her family, she ended up being quite boyish herself. In general, she wears skirts only on sufferance and much prefers sturdy shoes, sensible pants, a T-shirt and a cap for her romps over the outskirts of town when she's free. She's dabbled in many martial arts, from aikido to kendo to naginata-jutsu and more, and currently, she's studying the langschwert style from a certain Ironhammer-sensei. 

She and Kagematsu used to be pretty close back in the day, but after Tamaki left the kendo club without citing any reasons, their friendship has cooled considerably. Still, it's quite obvious that they're still quite sensitive to each others' thoughts and actions, given that they can each predict exactly what the other would do in a kendo match 9 times out of 10. There's rumors that she's crushing on her handsome, dashing gaijin sword teacher, but that's nonsense, and dangerous to say in front of her (ew, liking boys? That's so gay!)...
