Editing Subconscious Genius Routine

Scientists say that the average man uses a mere 10% of his brain capacity, but [[Doctor Kessler]] is far above average!  So potent is the doctor's intellect that he has developed a method for devoting the full core force of his mind to a task at hand while his innermost thoughts take turns that would leave an ordinary genius reeling.  This minor mathematic meditation has made the man into a mighty multi-tasker; he could read the day's paper, listen to the radio, play a game of chess and hold a conversation all at once, while devoting his full concentration to each.  Or, the doctor can go about his day while his subconscious genius creates new inventions on the blackboard of his mighty grey matter!

The Subconscious Genius Routine is Academics-based Advanced Super Science, with the following mechanics:

* No base device
** Intelligence 3 (15 days of research, +2 difficulty)
*** This Intelligence, combined with a related Ability, is used separate from the doctor's normal dice pool to determine results.  However, Doctor Kessler does not have to split his dice pool to use it.
*** Even though it doesn't use the full force of Doctor Kessler's greymatter, the subconscious mind operates even when the waking mind sleeps.  The Subconscious Genius Routine is always considered "locked in the lab" for purposes of Super Science.
