Gender: None (although claims and features female personality) 

Race: Gelationous sort of slime... thing... stuff... Oh hell, we 
don't know. 

Appearance: In her natural, relaxed state, Syphon is a mass of silvery metal-colored semi-solid... goop. Technically, this mass is every sesory organ and interal one in itself, allowing her to hear and speak with any part of this blobby form. Knowing that humans perfer to interact with something like themselves, she will often times 'shape' her form to create at the very least a humanoid-esque upper body of the same silvery color, although she has become practiced with the basics of walking on legs as opposed to slithering about in her liquid state. As far as features, Syphon can change her physical attributes at will, usually re-arrangng her form to suit what she has observed and consitered she likes on other people. One thing that always DOES stay the same is her color. Due to the fact that she has no pigments save those of her natural form, she can copy a form almost perfectly...but will ALWAYS be the same cold metalic silver color.

Psychological Profile: Syphon is a mystery and a abnormality in the Meta-world. Her existance little more than a rumor until confirmed by the Promethian: Theodore 'Ted' Colt (AKA: Champion). More to come as information becomes avalible

Powers: 
Taste: Syphon can touch a person's skin (Hand, foot, leg, or body) with her body and quickly 'syphon' off a bit of their abilities or powers. Tasted Victims are weakend for a short time while Syphon borrows the powers and physical attributes temporarily.

Tap: When she so chooses, Syphon's tasting ability can be substituted for a 'mind tap' opening a victim's memories to her. This is almost as frightening as Syphon's ability to drain powers due to it's personal nature. The more specific the memory Syphon is trying to garner, the easier it is to pull it from another's mind. 

Shape: Syphon's body is not stable or solid by any means. She is capable of controling every part of her liquidy form down to a science and can stretch, curve, and mold that body in any way she wishes. This is done with her thoughts and allows her to be incredibily adaptive to environments and situations. 
Also, her liquidy mass grows as she feeds. She can either make herself seem smaller by becoming more dense or larger by losing density. This also allows her to mold her body to look like inanimate objects or crude humanoid forms (she has not yet mastered complex details or animal forms) These changes are cosmetic only, she gains no abilities, only the 'look'. 

Split: Due to her liquid form... Syphon can split into multiple 'puddles' of herself and control them all with one mind... keep in mind that she is limited in mass, so the more peices of herself that there are, the lower her density and smaller she gets.
