| − | Since Hattori manifested Casey as plasma rifles in the first mission, but Casey is no longer here, with retro activity being upheld, I manifested Celine as a dual-mode RPG launcher. In close range, it basically acts like a grenade lobber, with effects similar to a close-range shotgun burst, except more explodey. Fallout Fans, you know what I'm talking about. At long range, she's a laser-guided Rocket-Propelled Grenade.

| − | The symbolism is like this: Well, she's divided. She's afraid of failure, but she's really a good Anchor. In close-range, she mindlessly flails around, hurting everyone close to her. But with care and food, she's really an accurate and deadly weapon. Noah and Celine are perfect for each other. See, they're BOTH afraid of failure, but while as Celine is crushed under it's weight, Noah uses it to try even harder. Those two will either lift each other to glory, or go to hell together. I'm going to try my best to make sure it's the former.
