The entry for thelma is ambiguous: is it the player's character who does not wish to be caught doing something, or is it the player who doesn't want to get caught gaming?

You forgot one MAJOR aspect of the Social Skill Problem.  The fact that some gamers will intentionally use the game mechanics in such a system to force another player to do what they want (just because they have a higher charisma or similar).  I have seen this on many occasions, and I have seen it crash game tables.  For this reason, when I GM a game, I don't allow social skill checks to be made against PC's unless they can manage to convince me of an acceptable reason why.  I have no moral qualms about what PC's do to eachother, but the players themselves are another story. [[User:Emry|Emry]] 01:01, 4 May 2009 (PDT)
