Avaos are both Active Casting and Trigger-Casting

Avaos Known are the Active ones used like Warlock Invocations -- At will.

Example Avao:

Nova
Active:  Deal damage directly ( in burst?)

Cause:  When killed (-10) Nova triggers dealing damage in burst centered on caster

Effect:  Damage is centered on caster

Each avao has three aspects - an active, a reactive version (cause => effect), and a preactive version (effect => cause). An anarch has access to all avaos' reactive and preactive forms, but to access the active, the anarch must "know" the avao.

Avaos fall into four grades.

 Greater
 Overwhelming
