Complaining about the DM on public message boards will likely annoy him. There will be no repercussions to your character, but you're not likely to get invited to his next birthday party. If there is any disagreement over house rules or interpretation of core rules, the appropriate solution is to bring up the disagreement at a gaming session and decide on the proper application of said rule through a group discussion and, if necessary, a vote.
