An 6e game which is not very serious at all. ---- Alright, this is my attempt to run an E6 game with a rather odd premise: What if the PCs were only ogres or halflings of a non-evil disposition? This game will use the E6 rules as shown here: [http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?352719-necro-goodness-E6-The-Game-Inside-D-amp-D] Based on this, character creation will fall under one of the two examples based on race: '''Halfling:''' 32 point buy, 6 class levels, as per normal halflings '''Ogre:''' 18 point buy (due to +2 LA), 4 hit dice of Giant and 2 class levels. Ogre Racial Stats are +10 Str, -2 Dex, +4 Con, -4 Int, -4 Cha. More info on Giant type is here: [http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#giantType] Remember that you get a stat bump at 4th level == So what's the deal? == You are playing halflings or ogres wandering about from place to place, getting into trouble and facing terrible monsters along the way. While you may not be very serious at all (as any game involving halflings and ogres is prone to be), the dangers you will face will be very serious. You aren't evil. Ogres tend to be Neutral or Chaotic Neutral and form close bonds with their friends, instead of the traditional evil alignment. Villages will freak out when they see ogres, which is one of the reasons some ogres tend to travel with halflings. Meanwhile, the halflings find a 9 foot tall murderhobo they get along with to be an ideal travel companion. == Starting Wealth: == As PCs, you start with 13,000 gp of which no more than 1/4 may be used on a single item (more or less). Take a look at the E6 thread as certain items may have a caster level above 6th level and thus not be available.
