History: The Cat is that cat. Yeah, the one on the walls inside the pyramids. The cat with capital letters. The Cat is the manifestation of all that is feline and is the one responsible for humanity's illogical love for these furred dictators. An unkillable entity constantly reborn to lord over the foolish humanity.

Throughout the years, the Cat has played many games of cat and mouse with humanity, as it has the bad form of taking control of the minds of other, lesser supervillians and then forcing them to do the Cat's bidding. Once a plan goes awry it usually sneak away to start anew with another idiot at the forefront.

The Cat currently lives a comfortable life in the Freedom City suburbs as Arthur the cat, having decided to take a small break from villainy since its last failure to conquer the world. Officially its owned by Chantal Chandler, its most loyal mindslave. The Cat considers Gil Leeds (AKA Izdubar) a nuisance that distracts its loyal mindthrall from giving it comfortable backrubs, and has therefore on multiple occasion tried to assassinate him (sadly it seems as if the fangs of the average housecat aren't enough to kill a human being).

Although technically on vacation, the Cat can't help itself from trying the occasional plan to kill or humiliate its ancient rival Mr. Eternal. The two has been locked in a game of wits ever since Graham gave the Cat a humiliating kick during the times of ancient Egypt. Their battles are often passionate, if still a bit one-sided, usually ending with Graham seeking out the Cat and giving it a solid kick. Strangely, it seems as if Graham is immune to the Cat's vile (but cute!) charms.

Personality: Arrogant and coy, the Cat is a true chessmaster, usually preferring to play its games from behind the scenes, steering the happenings with the subtle paw of mental domination. Although it likes to see itself as a mastermind, the Cat has a tendency to lose its temper once things starts to go awry. The Cat also has another side that it hardly dares not admit to itself. The Cat's dark side, the Kitten as it itself calls it. The Kitten usually have two things in mind: Food and comfortable backrubs. This in turn has made the Cat quite protective of its current owner and mindthrall Chantal Chandler.
