'''Harvey Lofgren ''' Harvey Lofgren had been a promising if naïve police officer before the accident. His partner, Eddie, on the other hand, was as cynical as he could get, and the only promises he made were to mob bosses and crime lords. It didn't take long for Harvey to start to suspect that Eddie was bad, and he went to confront him late one December evening on the docks. It didn't go well. It ended with an argument, an explosion and a large splash as Harvey fell into the nearly frozen river. In the morning after coming to, Harvey learned that he had miraculously survived, and Eddie had not. From that day on, Harvey's health gradually returned and even started to progress to super human levels. His experiences with Eddie have left him disillusioned with the police force and filled with bitterness toward organized crime. He has since left the police force, becoming a private investigator. He takes on paying clients to keep the lights on while at night he hunts and terrorizes crime lords like the ones who killed his partner. '''Complications:''' Obsession: Defeating Mobsters.
