The game features a consolidated list of skills, and also uses a different conversion ratio for Power Points: skill points. This is to encourage investment in skills; with the rules as written they're a poor investment compared to super powers, even when it doesn't necessarily make sense for the character concept. The list has been reduced from 39 (not including Specialities) to 20. ''Conversion ratio'': 1PP = 2 skill points.
