== Togashi Imasu ==

The Dragon Clan Champion and leader of the Ise-Zumi, Imasu has remained closeted in the High House of Light since he took over the Clan around 30 years ago. He offers little guidance to the other families of the Clan, and has rarely been seen, even by his closest advisors.

== Mirumoto Jinzaki ==

The daimyo of the Mirumoto family, and near to his 40th birthday. Jinzaki is famous for the duel he fought with Kakita Saburashi which he narrowly lost while exemplifying the Niten style that the Dragon are famous for. Despite having been married for 20 years, he is childless, and is driven to practice constantly in the hope that the next time he and Saburashi duel, the outcome will be different. 

== Tonbo Agemasu ==

The daimyo of the Tonbo family, which used to be the minor Dragonfly Clan, Agemasu is in his late 30s and mostly responsible for the recent emphasis on increasing the military strength of the Dragon. He seethes over the Lion control of Tonbo lands to the south, and strongly reveres his ancestors who died inthe War of Bleeding Flowers.

== Kitsuki Aseroru ==

The daimyo of the Kitsuki family, at 20 he is a young man, unmarried, who also heads up the Kitsuki Investigator school. He is a known opponent of any alliance with the Scorpion, who he does not rust in the slightest.

== Tamori Ryuko ==

A competitor at the Topaz Tournament.
