Scandal abounds as the rumors fly that Jacques began wearing the costume and using the name before he was given the position, and that he was only given the role to avoid a larger controversy! Still, evil-doers beware, the twin wrist-mounted blasters of the new Praetor Atlantis will stop you in your tracks.

Dateline, 1989! Jacques St. Jean vanishes! The fate of Atlantis's dark horse hero still unknown, but authorities promise to have an answer as soon as possible!

Dateline, 1994! Project Praetor is launched! The project has picked twenty nine of Atlantis's most promising young men, but it's the thirtieth choice that has everyone from the Consul's Hall to the lowest dive talking. Because candidate number thirty is a girl!
