Editing The Red Guard

A small-time group of superpowered teenagers who felt the world owed them a living... or at the very least thought they were too deep in over their heads to have a normal life again. Not particularly violent, but still unwilling to back down or run in most situations, they ended up facing a few independant heroes and even Next Gen before finally being captured.

Notable team members include Control Freak (now Surge), Whiplash, Rook, Flashback, Nevermore, and the group's leader and founder, Brainchild. All have been captured and are currently serving prison sentences asside from Brain Child and Whiplash (who escaped capture) and Control Freak (who has been released on good behavior and has since been lost in the beauracracy).
