Within the [[The World Tree|World Tree]] campaign setting, this small settlement holds small racial demographics, with the minority of the city being a host of tiefling refugees, who left the country of '''[[The World Tree/Kusha|Kusha's]]''' land war, and have made permanent dwelling within '''Stromez-Elgram''' to work, trade, and contribute.

'''Stromez-Elgram''' is run by a noble, who dwells within the Suspended Bastion who is known to be fair and just.  Although a simple mining community, the city is also known for its wide assortment of gambling and games of chance, being held within the establishments of the tiefling residences.
