Editing Themis the deathshead

The Deathshead (what an unoriginal name) is made from the remains of a drowned giant. This one has named itself Themis....the Keeper had never named it.

It is NE, and has a rather superior air.

It can move by animating its hair, and use that as tentacles. Whomever it grapples it can try and dominate. 

It is size small.

It casts the following spells as a 10th level diviner:

0th: Detect Magic, Read Magic, Message
1st: Comprehend Languages, Identify, Silent Image
2nd: Detect Thoughts, Locate Object, Misdirection, Whispering Wind
3rd: Clairaudience/Clairvoyance, Tongues, Gentle Repose
4th: Arcane Eye, Detect Scrying, Locate Creature, Scrying
5th: Contact Other Plane, Sending, Mage's Private Sanctum

It has a 20 Int, a +10 racial bonus to all knowledges, and 15 ranks in all knowledges, for a +30 in all knowledges...which does include local for whatever region it or personage it is asked about.

[*] Themis is currently under the influence of a Command Undead spell cast by Isaac and physically restrained to the wall of Isaac's tower.


==Cultural Note==

Perrinland clans collect heads of their ancestors and of enemies vanquished in their formal feuds / duels. And they use "Speak To Dead" to hear their history and advice at clan functions!
