Thunder Devil is considered one of the Top Ten Sinners. Something of a recluse, he respects only strength and the will to power; something that would not mark him out particularly, if not for his willingness to cast aside the bounds of man, Emperor and Heaven in its pursuit.

He challenges (and invariably destroys) any warrior that he deems worth his skills, and scorns the rest; His personal philosophy admits on conflict and the survival of the fittest, and leaves no room for compassion or humanity. These and other corrupt inspirations have let him to devise the infamous corrupt transcendent style ''Instant Hell Murder''.
