Tiffany was bought as a servant to a extremely wealthy upper-class couple with a pristine reputation.

One reason their reputation was pristine was thier purchase of a Doll to satisfy thier odd appetites and proclivities.  They spared no expense and got a top of the line "multi-function" model that could be explained away as a servitor. Amoung her options include expanded processing and memory for handling various domestic tasks, and body altering option for those "non-domestic" tasks.
