==Majesty== Elizabeth Gwynn, leader of the small strike force "Britain's Finest," which also includes Empire and Dragoon. Responsible for the capture and recruitment of David Moss, now codenamed Vanished, for Torchwood. He is can project intangible force bolts up to great speeds, even breaking the speed of sound. ==Empire== Brenda Kwan, member of "Britain's Finest." She is a powerful telekinetic, able to manipulate even intangible items or beings, without touching them. ==Daylight== Dai St. Clair, leader of the strike force "The Crosses" and representing Wales. An extremely powerful metahuman, he can project any wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum. ==Caution== Patricia Cassidy, member of "The Crosses" representing Northern Ireland. A highly empathic telepath, Caution has a reputation for never losing a target once she has scanned their mind and never being surprised. Cassidy has a strong personal dislike of Dr. Russell as, though she has never admitted it, she cannot read Dr. Russell's mind. ==Redoubt== Andrew Morrison, member of "The Crosses" representing Scotland and former Olympic boxing Bronze medalist. He has the ability transform at will into a sparkling, living granite and while in that state is immune most forms of damage. ==Valour== George Chapman, member of "The Crosses" representing England. A former member of the SAS, Chapman is unpowered but an expert and, if necessary, highly fatal martial artist. His weapon of choice is a combat knife.
