Like all constructs, Wisp is extremely intelligent and logical, with an amazing analyzing power. Unfortunately, she also, like every other construct, lacks any resemblance to emotions, as emotions is a lot harder to create than intelligence and analyzing power. Because of her programming she's absolutely loyal to her master and obeys his every command, assuming she's able to comprehend the task (sometimes her programming is lacking). If she isn't following a command she usually silently hangs back, unless directly spoken too. The only thing she got that even near resembles a real personality is her devastating ability to inform her master, [[Elias Snark | Elias]], about his shortcomings.
