45 - Change Air into any other noun-form you have access to, vague chemical plausibility (vapour into hydrogen fuel)

60 - Change Air into any other noun-form you have access to, even if chemically implausible (vapour into steel, possibly a crude sword)

80 - Change Air into complex combinations of noun-forms you have access to (vapour into a bowl of noodles with chopsticks)

Create Air

Create Powers have 3 noticable displays

20 - Create wind (draft, breeze)

30 - Create wind (enough to knock small objects over); fog

45 - Create wind-blast (gale-force); lightning

60 - Create a thunderstorm

80 - Create a tempest; hurricane

Control Air

Control Powers have 1 noticable display.

20 - Control one property of Air; raise or lower humidity by an order of magnitude (over time this might create rain)

30 - Control one volume of Air

45 - Control one volume of Air with force a precision, to push a medium-sized target with concussive winds

60 - Control or direct weather phenomenon (note that this does not allow you to Create, say, a storm, but you can direct it once it exists)

80 - Control or direct weather phenomenon in such a way that contravenes the natural laws - forcing lightning to strike the same place repeatedly, or using freak gusts of gale-force winds to lift the roof of a building

Destroy Air

Destroy Powers have 2 noticable displays.

20 - Destroy wind (draft, breeze)

30 - Disperse a fog

45 - Destroy lightning, stop the rain

60 - Destroy a thunderstorm - completely negate the weather

80 - Destroy breath - suffocate someone

Sense Air

Sense Powers have no displays as such (they can be purchased as disadvantages). Sense Powers can be noticed by using Sense Motive, Spellcraft or another Sense Power on the character.

20 - Sense one property of Air (e.g. humidity, toxicity, etc)

30 - Have a general Sense of the Air, and be able to tell when changes were occuring within the set volume of air (e.g. fire is burning up the oxygen somewhere to the north of here)

45 - Have a finely tuned Sense of the Air, and be able to tell specific things (e.g. there are three figures breathing about thirty meters away)

60 - Speak with the elemental force of the Air itself

Summon Air

Summon Powers have 2 noticable displays.

Because the Monster templates have not been done, it is not possible to write up the Summon powers at this point.
