Located in the Lagrange point between Red Sun and the protostar Heinlein, the Sky Plex Bazaar serves as a weigh station cargo, fuel, mail and entertainment for ships plying the Red Sun System. The Skyplex is owned by a trio of former starship captains: Rogan, Misuni, and Carpathia. Hiota Misuni runs the operation of and on the SkyPlex, while Rogan and Carpathia are (mostly) silent partners.
