Damage - Damage Multiplier and Weapon Attack Attribute level are added together, and the result multiplied by the attack roll's margin of success to give the damage result.
Chi Drain - This custom Restriction replaces Deplete. Each level of Chi Drain reduces the point cost of the associated Attribute by 1 point.
For each level of Chi Drain taken, Attributes with an instantaneous effect (Weapon Attack, Teleport, etc.) costs the Attribute level in energy points per use (so a Weapon Attack 4 with Chi Drain 1 would cost 4 energy points per use, with Chi Drain 2 it would cost 8 energy points per use, with Chi Drain 3 it would cost 12 energy points per use, and so on). For Attributes with a continuous effect (Flight, Invisibility, etc.), it costs the Attribute level in energy points every two rounds (so Invisibility 2 with Chi Drain 1 would cost 2 energy points for every 2 rounds it's active, with Chi Drain 2 it would cost 4 energy points for every 2 rounds it's active, with Chi Drain 3 it would cost 6 energy points for every 2 rounds it's active, and so on).
