Description: Centered on the highly stratified planet of Persephone, the Heaven and Earth Society thrives off those who chaff under the strictures of society. The group accepts anyone regardless of class, race or gender. The power of the group is strongest in the Eavesdown Docks, were enforcers walk the street with Tong insignia clearly visible. The Heaven and Earth Society especially relishes chances to trap the aristocracy in embarassing and costly schemes.
