- You nearly drowned once, and are now almost a thing of the sea. You may hold your breath for three times longer than normal, and the Resilience check
to hold your breath after this period expires does not suffer from a –10% cumulative penalty. Furthermore, any penalties to attacks and actions under water are reduced by 20%.
