-The Red Tower District is built in the shadow of the "Red Tower" originally built by [[CrimsonStar:Ryleh|Ryleh]] (though this fact is mostly lost to the ages).  It is the WORST part of the Tyr, which is saying something.  Templars tend to go during the day time with significant brute squads.  Currently the red tower is active; there are wards preventing virtually everyone from entering the tower itself.  A variety of Devils are, however, ranging OUT.
