Splicer runs an exclusive clinic out of an underground compound near the [[Sprawl_Sites:Bellevue/Redmond Wall|Bellevue/Redmond Wall]], where he installs betaware (cyber & bio) & cultured bioware (of all grades) for his clients; he also offers genetech. His prices are high, but he doesn't ask for ID, and his work is the best to be found outside a delta clinic: unlike most street surgeons, Splicer has his own grow vats, gene sequencers, and other high-tech goodies.

A hardcore transhumanist, he was kicked out of medical school for performing unethical unsanctioned research on charity patients. Over the years he's established robust relationships with well-connected suppliers; his selection of drugs & medtech is second to none.
