House Rules
Experience
- Experience will be the responsibility of the player to track. However, if you have an experience bonus for exceptional stats, as soon as you increase in level you immediately gain a bonus amount of experience points equal to the appropriate bonus percentage towards the next level.
Character Generation
- As per the rules for Adventurer tier, players being with 20,000xp and 16,000gp to expend making a character.
- No demihuman races or racial classes exist in the world, but if you have your heart set on playing a particular class I am willing to strip the demihuman racial characteristics out (i.e. you can be a Nightblade, but not an Elven Nightblade, if you want to be a Magic-User/Thief)
- The country or culture of origin for a character determines their bonus starting language and a bonus starting proficiency which the player may lobby the DM for. For example, Conan is a Cimmerian so he begins play speaking Aquilonian (the lingua franca of the world) and Cimmerian, and begins with a cultural proficiency in Climbing (because Howard mentions it about a thousand times).
