Wealthy socialite of uncertain provenance and identity. Always accompanied by two bodyguards and a greyhound. Interested in establishing a bootlegging operation serving the Fae.
Almost certainly an imposter; there was a prominent member of the Seelie Court — who was a signatory to the Nightsider Treaty — who was famously expelled and "thoroughly killed." Who this Voisin is — and what she wants — is still a mystery.
