Warehouse District: The former industrial/warehouse district of Downtown Raleigh, bounded by West Moran Street to the north, South Boylan Street to the west, West Cabarrus Street to the south, and South Dawson Street to the east. Now modernized and somewhat gentrified with higher-end mixed use buildings combining parking, retail, office, and residential units, it has been instrumental in the revival of the historic Downtown area along with the Glenwood South District.
