High Concept: Ex-Mobster Changeling Going (Mostly) Straight
Motivation: I will keep this establishment open and safe at all costs.
Frankie is a retired member of the Genovese crime family from NYC - he's also one of the few Changelings to make it to old age without choosing a side. He took over the Mountbatten about eight years ago after some old business caught up with the previous owner.
