He is one of the last members of the old guard of the UPNR that is still alive and he hates what the Rangers have become. But Kat Cartwright is missing so he has dusted off his old ranger star and plasma repeaters and set out to in his own words, "meet up with ol Percy's wife Ginger, excuse me Captain Vendetta Cartwright. and size up Kat's crew." | |
