Can cause inanimate matter (no gases or liquids; no living things) in the form of diffuse matter (such as a mass of dirt), an object,
or part of an object to decay. With no hard dice, this would seem to be up to the hard capacity limit but can be anything below.
Similarly, if I'm not mistaken this would suggest he could partially decay the chosen mass rather than completely decay it to dust if
he so wished. The hard limit in this case beeing 100,000 lbs (50 short tons).
