Project Yorushima

Located on Night Island, Project Yorushima was a secret operation mounted in 1932 by the Japanese government, together with a handful of national companies, to study the Alien cop's technorganic nature. It lasted ten years and was shut down for unknown reasons.

StormWatch

The United Nations Special Crisis Intervention Team was created in 1986 after the conclusion of the Miracle War. It is commanded by the Weatherman who, in turn, answers to the UN Security Council. Henry Bendix, a former American agent and cyberneticist, was the first StormWatch commander, but he fled after the Changers debacle. The current Weatherman is Jackson King, formerly a field agent called Battalion and training officer.
