A native Oshkoshian, Robert Morre had a rough childhood. His first memory of his father was him walking out on him and his mother, which was conciquently his last memory of his father. His mother somehow found enough money to send him to college, where he found his calling in criminal justice.

At 33, Robert has worked many cases of illegal weapons, but this next case is turning out to be much more than he expected. A tip off about an upcoming weapons deal led him to a small, out of the way recreation center in the north. Little did he expect what he would find.
