Any character that dies, loses 1 permanent point of immediately.  That characters loses another point of permanent Constitution daily.  A character that has Constitution reduced to 0 is permanently dead.
The Constitution bonus multiplied by level is added to a character's hit points.
 
It is possible to raise Constitution through extraordinary means.  This change will affect all abilities, saving throws, and hit points.  However, it will never change the base Constitution in regards to permanent death.
 
Characters must take a rest after moving Constitution/Encumbrance Turns while exploring.
